The concept of the service is based on how outgoing calls are billed, where the cost shall be borne by the party receiving the call .
Virtual Private Network
It is the establishment of a network within the public network through which communications between this service’s subscribers are managed, i.e., imposing complete management on communications to and from groups within the virtual network or from another network, as well as from a virtual network to the public network and vice versa.
Account Calling Card
All outgoing calls are billed to the customer’s special telephone account, and the user must enter the prepaid card number, followed by the password for the user’s account and the number required to call him.
Prepaid Card Service
The account is charged from the card used on the user’s phone line only .
Televoting
Citizens can use this service to express their opinions by dialing a specific number or numbers and following the voice guide to select the person they want to vote for, with the option of knowing the outcome of the vote at any time.

Premium Rate Service
Profit sharing occurs with this service between the service provider (radio programme or competitions) and the service operator (Hatif Libya Company, which provides a number or numbers for this service).
Universal Access Number
Companies may utilize a universal number to receive incoming calls based on the location closest to the incoming calls, as the smart network system recognizes the incoming number and transfers it to the nearest company location.
Short Number
Employing short numbers, which are shorter than regular and recognised numbers and are used in advertising and value-added services to make reading and memorizing numbers easier.
Exams results service
The service provides exam results throughout Libya to all students at each stage of the preparatory and high school certificates via landline.
