User Obligations and Terms of Service
Hatif Libya Company intends to offer various services to users in stages, and any new services will be subject to the current terms of service or the terms of the service when it is offered. The company reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any part of the services at any time and without notice, and assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred as a result of such modification, cancellation, cessation, or suspension of the Services or any part thereof.
The user is required to provide all required information to correctly register, such as name, address, and all other information requested on the registration form. If registration data is requested, the user is solely responsible for its accuracy or incorrectness.
The user agrees to follow all applicable national and international laws and regulations, including those governing data transmission, and is committed to ensuring that the subject matter, content, information conditions, e-mail, and advertising or other private content do not contain, among other things, hate-filled, vulgar, obscene, or insulting writings, or are fraudulent or illegal.
Actions that are forbidden
- The user agrees not to send – whether via e-mail or through the site – any software or other viruses designed to damage files, data, software, computer hardware and systems, or communication equipment.
- Any content that you are not authorized to use in whole or in part, or that you do not have the right to publish or reproduce, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- When using the site’s services, the user agrees not to impersonate any person or identify himself incorrectly, and not to use another user’s account unless authorized to do so by that user.
- Without the written permission of the Libya Telephone Company, the user agrees not to use the site’s services to copy, reproduce, publish, or sell all or some of the services for commercial purposes.
