E-Recharge

It is a prepaid electronic service programmed to deal with these phones by going directly to the liaison office associated with it, and it is not specific, as it ranges from one dinar to « +∞ ».

Share the balance

It is available in amounts sufficient to cover the use of wired and wireless landline phones by businesses and government entities. The entity or company submits the service request to the offices in each region designated to provide it, so that a number of phones are collected in one account and one of the numbers is chosen as the main phone to top up the balance from those phones.

How do I get the service?

- Set which phone will be used to deduct the balance.
- Set which phones will be included in the total.
- Set a monthly quota for each phone number at a specific amount determined by the party, which cannot be exceeded until the next recharge time.
- It is also possible to set a daily consumption ceiling for each phone.
- The ability to automatically terminate or activate the service by specifying a time period for it.
- Priority is given to deducting the balance from the master phone account.
- When a participating phone’s monthly quota is depleted and a balance becomes available for another participating phone, the system deducts the balance from it.
- If a participating phone’s monthly quota runs out and the balance on other participating phones runs out, the subscriber will be unable to make any local or international calls and must wait until the next month or recharge the participating phone itself.
